Refund policy

We take great care in packing and shipping your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is missing, send us a photo or reach out—we’ll send you a replacement, completely free of charge.

If you’d like to return your item for any other reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back after approval. Once received and reviewed, we’ll issue a full refund, minus shipping.
